At night, glowing neon reflections appeared suddenly in ponds and grass fields.
Witnesses described something… unexplainable.

And then, in TOKYO, a duck emitting a blue flame-like glow was discovered.
Its name: Ne ARGO.

They say if you capture it, your deepest complexes will vanish.
The number of such ducks remains unknown.
But ever since the rumors began,
more and more children have been leaving home, declaring―
"I'm going to find the neon-haired duck!"
